We are a boutique, locally operated company — intentionally small, deeply experienced, and focused on building long-term relationships with owners who value personal attention and steady results.

Our People

Clint G. Goyette BSc. – Partner

Clint moved to Whistler in 1998 and has been involved in the vacation rentals business in Whistler since 2001, where he spent eight years working for another Whistler property manager. Initially hired as a website consultant, Clint’s employment eventually included all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations of the company. During his previous employment, Clint conceptualized, developed and marketed the websites, generated pricing for all units, sold half of all reservations personally over the phone, met with guests upon arrival and followed up with guests prior to departure.

Clint is no stranger to adversity in the Whistler vacation rental market. Through his years of experience in Whistler vacation rental management, Whistler faced extremely poor snow conditions, saw the effects of 9/11, the SARS epidemic, the more recent COVID-19 epidemic, and the never-ending road construction while the new highway was constructed. Clint knows how to market your property in less than ideal circumstances. Competing in these tough conditions within the Whistler market in the past will enable him to make crucial decisions regarding the rental of your investment property.

Joel R. McLean MBA – Partner

Joel brings his wide-ranging business experience to round out the local knowledge of our company. Joel has been extensively involved in both marketing and finance, in both the hospitality and real estate sectors. He formerly managed the marketing department of a hospitality company with over 3,000 employees and annual revenues exceeding $100 million. At present, Joel works for a mortgage investment company which has a portfolio of $200 million and specializes in commercial mortgages in the Lower Mainland.
